Listening With Empathy

Finding Me

I sit here at the computer wondering what I should write about, but the honesty in which I have come to realize is that this is difficult for me.  Not just the forming of the words on here but sharing my honest and complete thoughts and feelings with others.  To be honest, I am not entirely sure of when my insecurities began but it has held me back in so many ways throughout a majority my life.  I hope during this personal writing experience, that I can begin to grow my confidence with myself and truly feel confident to share my opinions and beliefs with others in which I love and care for.Unfortunately, this will be a difficult journey for me, but this is truly one in which I have been needing.  I hope to grow through this period.  God bless.
